Graphics Standards - Overview
The Graphic Standards Manual is a roadmap for accurately and consistently
conveying our image and identity in the materials through which we
communicate with our constituencies.
Graphic identity is an outward expression of the personality, values
and goals of an institution. An identity system reflects the style and
image the University projects to its various publics. Lewis University
has local, regional, national and international audiences.
Our logo and related graphics are a visual expression of our serious commitment
to quality as well as the energy and care that each of us contributes to
the University community.
The standards set out in this Graphic Standards Manual and Editorial
Style Guide have been carefully created and should be adhered to conscientiously.
Through consistent application over time, Lewis University will enjoy the
benefits of improved communications, understanding, and competitive positioning
with the public we dedicate ourselves to serving.
The Office of Marketing and Communications serves as the central SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½
of information and assistance regarding this manual.
All materials produced in collaboration with outside vendors must be directed
to the Office of Marketing and Communications for bid requests, editorial
review, production requirements and design approval.
